Earl du domaine Larroudé

20, chem. du Then, 64360 Lucq-de-Béarn, France

About the Winery

The Estoueigt family has been living and producing wine on the farm for five generations. Christiane and Julien Estoueigt began selling bottles from their property in 1986, situated between the Gave de Pau and Gave d'Oloron rivers. After their son Jérémy arrived in 2012, they converted the property to organic agriculture and have been gradually transitioning to biodynamics since 2016. The 8-hectare vineyard covers south-facing hillsides with views of the Pyrenees. The domaine is certified organic since 2011 and produces Jurançon wines, focusing on Petits Mansengs and oak barrel aging. Julien continually works on improving the vineyard and the barrel aging process.

Five generations of family winemaking in Jurançon, certified organic and transitioning to biodynamics with Pyrenees views.
