Champagne Brice

About the Winery

The Brice family has lived in the village of Bouzy since the 17th century, with ancestors connected to Dom Pérignon's era. An ancestor was the first mayor of Bouzy during the Revolution and acquired ecclesiastical and noble vineyards. The first Brice bottles appeared after 1945. Champagne Brice was founded in 1994 by Jean-Paul Brice and is now managed by his sons Remi and Jean-René. The house operates both as a grower and négociant, complementing the family vineyard's production (12 ha, with a core of 8 ha on the terroir of Bouzy, certified organic since 2023). The base wines are crafted without malolactic fermentation, producing wines of precision and freshness. The estate is known for its Heritage Brut NV (70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay) and other cuvées that reflect the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy.
