About the Winery

Domaine Vincent Laroppe is a historic family winery founded in 1722 in Bruley, in the Côtes de Toul appellation of Lorraine. Vincent Laroppe, the eighth generation, currently manages the 20-hectare estate. The domaine's vineyards are situated on clay-limestone hillsides with south and southeast exposure, benefiting from exceptional natural conditions including optimal drainage and sunshine. The grape varieties include Gamay (45%) for Vin Gris, Pinot Noir (45%) for red wines, and Auxerrois (10%) for white wines. The estate also cultivates the rare Aubin grape, an ancestral variety. The estate's AOC Côtes de Toul wines have been certified organic since the 2020 harvest. Vincent Laroppe, a qualified oenologist, is constantly striving to improve the cuvées by combining modern technology with tradition.
