Domaine Colinot
About the Winery
Domaine Colinot is a family winery located in Irancy, a small appellation in northern Burgundy near Chablis. The estate is managed by Stéphanie Colinot, who represents the current generation of the Colinot family. Irancy is known for producing red wines from Pinot Noir, with up to 10% of César and/or Gamay permitted in the blend. The appellation's unique Kimmeridgian soils give the wines their distinctive character, with flavors of red fruit, spice, and a subtle minerality. Domaine Colinot focuses on producing authentic, terroir-driven wines that express the unique qualities of the Irancy appellation. The estate practices careful vineyard management and traditional winemaking techniques.
