Domaine Raymond Bossis is a family winery located in Saint-Bonnet-sur-Gironde, in the Cognac region of Charente-Maritime. While the estate is in the Cognac appellation, it also produces wines from the Vin de Pays de Charente and other regional appellations. The domaine cultivates Ugni Blanc, the primary grape variety used for Cognac production, as well as other grape varieties for table wine production. The family's expertise spans both wine and spirits production, reflecting the dual traditions of the Charente region. The estate follows traditional methods to craft wines and eaux-de-vie that express the unique character of the Charente terroir.
