Domaine de l'Aure is a wine estate in Saint-Hilaire-d'Ozilhan, in the Costières de Nîmes appellation at the southern edge of the Rhône Valley. The estate produces wines from the classic southern Rhône grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. The Costières de Nîmes region is characterized by its round quartzite pebbles (galets roulés) and warm Mediterranean climate, producing wines of concentration and character. The estate focuses on producing quality wines that express the unique terroir of this historic winegrowing region.
