About the Winery

Domaine Savary is a family estate in Maligny, in the Chablis region of Burgundy. The domaine has been passed down through several generations and is now managed by David and Arnaud Savary. The estate covers approximately 20 hectares of vineyards, producing a range of Chablis wines from Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru appellations. The wines are crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown on the Kimmeridgian soils that give Chablis its distinctive minerality. The estate is known for producing clean, precise wines that showcase the terroir of each appellation level, with a focus on freshness and elegance.
