Bergère
About the Winery
Champagne Bergère is a family-owned champagne house founded in 1949 in Épernay, the heart of Champagne. The estate is now managed by the third generation, Anouk and Raphaël Bergère, who took over in 2016. The domaine has 6 hectares of vineyards in the Sézannais and Côte des Blancs regions, including vines on the limestone slopes of Sézanne. The estate is certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and produces a range of champagnes from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The wines are characterized by their precision, minerality, and elegance, reflecting the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs and the unique terroir of Sézanne. Their flagship Les Vieilles Vignes cuvée showcases the depth and complexity of old vine fruit.
“A third-generation champagne house in Épernay, certified HVE, with vineyards in the Sézannais and Côte des Blancs.”
