About the Winery

Domaine Simon Baltenweck is a family estate in Ribeauvillé, in the heart of Alsace. The Baltenweck family has been cultivating vines for five generations, with the estate now managed by Simon Baltenweck. The domaine covers approximately 12 hectares of vineyards, including parcels in the prestigious Grand Crus Osterberg and Geisberg. The estate produces a range of wines from all seven Alsatian grape varieties, including Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. The vineyards benefit from the unique microclimate of Ribeauvillé and the diverse terroirs of limestone, clay, and granite soils. The wines are known for their precision, balance, and expression of terroir.
