The château was built around 1840 on a domaine with origins dating back to 1730, belonging to the great-great-great-grandfather of the current winemaker. The estate covers 11 hectares planted at 250-300 meters altitude on the right bank of the Tarn River. The vineyards are on clay-limestone soils facing south, planted with traditional southwest varieties including Loin de l'Oeil, Mauzac, Braucol, Duras, and Prunelard. In 2024, the estate opened its doors to new visitors and welcomed petanque, yoga, and hiking groups. The property features an Italian-style courtyard, bastide spaces, and a majestic Arlesdale magnolia from 1892.
