About the Winery

Clos des Vins d'Amour is a family estate in Maury, in the Agly Valley of Roussillon, with the Dornier family cultivating vines since 1860. Christine and Nicolas Dornier took over the family estate in 2002 and left the cooperative in 2004 to create their own domaine. Their son Charles, who previously worked as a financial auditor, took over management in 2019. The 26-hectare vineyard is certified organic (Ecocert) and spans the schistous terroirs of Tautavel, Maury, and Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet. The estate produces a diverse range of wines including AOC Maury (dry and fortified), Côtes du Roussillon, and Vin de France, working with grape varieties such as Grenache Noir, Carignan, Syrah, and white grapes including Grenache Blanc and Macabeu.
