About the Winery

Didier Cousiney is a fifth-generation winegrower who has been managing his 33-hectare estate near Saint-Macaire in Bordeaux since 1981. The property has been passed down from father to son for five generations. Located in the Entre-deux-Mers region, the estate produces wines in the Côtes de Bordeaux Saint-Macaire appellation, specializing in white wines that range from dry to semi-sweet and sweet, made from Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle grapes. The wines are characterized by their elegance, freshness, and the subtle influence of noble rot that the region's climate encourages.
