About the Winery

Champagne Camille Marcel is a family estate located in Bragelogne, in the southern Aube region of Champagne near Les Riceys. The domaine was founded in the 1950s when Marcel Bonnet planted the first vines in an area where viticulture had been abandoned. Today, Pascal Bonnet (grandson of the founder) and his daughter Adeline cultivate 5.5 hectares of vines. The estate is certified organic (Agriculture Biologique) and produces a range of champagnes including Cuvée Adage, Brut de Noirs, Brut Rose, and vintage wines. Since 2017, they have been vinifying a portion of their grapes in amphorae. Their motto: good work, environmental preservation, and creativity.
