About the Winery
Domaine Michel Dutarte is a 10-hectare estate located in the village of Les Loges, at the heart of Pouilly-sur-Loire in the Loire Valley. Founded in 1968, the domaine was taken over by Gilles Forestier in 2003. The estate specializes in Pouilly-Fumé and Pouilly-sur-Loire appellations, crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the characteristic Kimmeridgian soils of the region. The wines express the classic flinty, mineral character that has made Pouilly-Fumé famous worldwide.
