Champagne Emmanuel Rigollot is a family estate located in Bar-sur-Aube, in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne. The estate produces champagnes from vineyards in the area known for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on Kimmeridgian marl soils. The Rigollot family carefully manages every step of the production process, from vineyard management to the final bottling, ensuring quality in each bottle of their traditional method champagnes.
