About the Winery

Nicollet is a family wine estate in Soultzmatt, in the heart of the Alsace wine region. Located in the beautiful Vallée Noble, the estate produces wines that reflect the unique terroirs of this area, including parcels near the Grand Cru Zinnkoepflé. The Nicollet family continues the long winemaking tradition of Alsace, producing wines from classic Alsatian grape varieties.
