About the Winery

Château Minuty is one of the most prestigious estates in Saint-Tropez. The Matton-Farnet family has been running the estate since 1936, and its hundred-year-old vines have earned it the Côtes de Provence appellation. The estate's history dates back to the mid-19th century with the construction of a traditional Provencal house surrounded by terraced vineyards. Today, Château Minuty is the market leader for premium Roses in France and exports its wines to over 80 countries. The estate has invested significantly in the Saint-Tropez peninsula through the Château Minuty Rose Pavilion project.
