Patrick Javillier
About the Winery
After oenology studies, Patrick Javillier took over the family estate in Meursault and vinified his first cuvées in 1974. He now manages an 11-hectare vineyard spread across 5 communes of the Côte de Beaune, from Puligny-Montrachet to Pernand-Vergelesses. The estate's reputation is built on exceptional white wines from Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Corton-Charlemagne, vinified with careful attention to terroir expression. Since 2018, his daughter Marion (who had been making the red wines since 2009) and son-in-law Pierre-Emmanuel have taken over the winemaking, continuing the family's tradition of producing precise, mineral-driven white Burgundies.
“An 11-hectare Meursault estate spread across 5 Côte de Beaune communes, renowned for exceptional white wines from premier and grand cru vineyards.”
