About the Winery

The estate originated from a natural spring, the Nestuby, which encouraged the current owner's grandfather to acquire the surrounding lands. Since then, four generations of the Roubaud family have cultivated vines on 88 hectares today. Located in the Côtes de Provence appellation, the estate produces red, white, and Rose wines from classic Provençal varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle. The limestone and clay soils of the Cotignac area, combined with the Mediterranean climate, give the wines their characteristic freshness and aromatic complexity.
