About the Winery
This 12-hectare estate was born in 2003 from the passion of Catalan oenologist Hervé Sabardeil and Bordeaux négociant Jean-Patrick Moaté. They discovered the ideal terroir on the heights of Latour de France at 280 meters altitude. First harvest in 2003. Since 2008, Boris Kovac, also an oenologist, has joined them and a new cellar was inaugurated in August 2013. The estate produces wines from the Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour de France appellation, with old vines of Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan on schist soils that give the wines their distinctive minerality and depth.
