About the Winery
David Moret created his négociant house in 1999, established behind the ramparts of Beaune. This adept of long aging has made a specialty of 'haute couture' vinification of white wines from the Côte de Beaune. A sure value with unfailing regularity, the house sources grapes from selected growers across the Côte de Beaune and produces wines that showcase the elegance and minerality of Chardonnay from appellations including Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, and Chassagne-Montrachet. The long élevage in oak barrels gives the wines exceptional depth, complexity, and aging potential.
“A Beaune-based négociant founded in 1999, specializing in white Burgundy with long élevage from the finest Côte de Beaune terroirs.”
