About the Winery
An estate with views of Mont Brouilly, the vineyard has been organic since 2020 and covers 28 hectares with parcels in Côte-de-Brouilly, Morgon, Régnié, Chiroubles, and Beaujolais-Villages. Jean-Paul Joncy established himself in 1979, succeeded by his son Guillaume and daughter-in-law Sophie. Since 2018, they have also selected cuvées from Beaujolais and Mâconnais from small family estates, their 'vignerons copains' (winemaker friends). The diverse appellations allow the estate to offer a complete range of Beaujolais wines, from the structured, age-worthy Morgon to the lighter, fruit-forward Chiroubles.
“A 28-hectare organic Beaujolais estate with parcels across five crus, now also selecting wines from small family estates.”
