About the Winery

The Mann family has cultivated vines since 1793. Created in 1948 in Wettolsheim near Colmar, the house Wunsch et Mann exploits 20 hectares of vines supplemented by a négociant activity. Since 2008, the estate has worked organically (certified in 2011). Located in the heart of Alsace, the estate produces the full range of Alsace wines including Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir, as well as Crémant d'Alsace. The calcareous clay soils of Wettolsheim give the wines their characteristic minerality and aromatic complexity.
