About the Winery

Hervé Richard established himself in 1989 on the family estate, succeeding two generations of winegrowers and arboriculturists. With his wife Marie-Thérèse, he decided to specialize in viticulture and now works 10 hectares in Condrieu and Saint-Joseph appellations. The Condrieu wines are produced from 100% Viognier grown on the steep granite and mica-schist hillsides overlooking the Rhône, while the Saint-Joseph reds are made from Syrah. The estate's wines showcase the distinctive terroirs of the northern Rhône, with Condrieu's aromatic richness and Saint-Joseph's elegance and peppery notes.
