About the Winery

Benoît Brazilier has been crafting wines since 1996 in Thoré-la-Rochette, a village worth visiting for its troglodyte chapel and 15th-16th century houses. The family estate, passed down through seven generations, covers 25 hectares cultivated organically. Located in the Loir-et-Cher department, the estate produces wines from the Cour-Cheverny appellation (exclusively from Romorantin grape) and Cheverny, as well as sparkling Crémant de Loire. The terroir of siliceous clay and limestone on the hillsides above the Loir river gives the wines their distinctive freshness and minerality.
