About the Winery

In 1610, ancestors were already cultivating vines on the hillsides of Soultzmatt, south of Colmar. The grandfather made the first bottlings in 1955. The association in 1978 of Fernand Klein with his sister Marianne, wife Brand, doubled the size of the domaine from 5 to 10 hectares. Today, Éric and Laetitia, the third generation, exploit more than 13 hectares spread over 46 parcels. The estate produces Alsace wines from the classic grape varieties, with a focus on expressing the diverse terroirs of Soultzmatt and the surrounding area.
