Earl jean-claude et didier Aubert
About the Winery
Jean-Claude and Didier Aubert represent the sixth and seventh generations of winemakers established in the heart of the Vallée Coquette since 1823. With their wives, they cultivate 45 hectares of vines in the Vouvray appellation, working with their favorite grape variety: Chenin Blanc (also called Pineau de la Loire). They also have Gamay, Grolleau, and Pinot Noir for fine-bubble Roses. The estate has been certified High Environmental Value since 2020. The vineyard is managed traditionally using sustainable agriculture, with grassed vines to optimize biodiversity and quality. The joint work of two generations combines respect for tradition and modernity in troglodyte cellars.
“A 7th generation family estate since 1823 in Vouvray, with 45 hectares of Chenin Blanc, certified HVE since 2020.”
