About the Winery

Richard Delay established his domaine in the 1970s in Gevingey, in the Côtes du Jura appellation, and has built a fine reputation while contributing to the renewal of the southern part of the vineyard known as the 'sud Revermont'. The domaine produces the full range of Jura wines including Vin Jaune (yellow wine), Vin de Paille (straw wine), red and white wines, Crémant (sparkling), and Macvin (fortified wine). Jura whites are known for being low in alcohol with bright acidity and nutty, savory qualities. The Vin Jaune is particularly powerful and earthy, aged under a yeast film (voile) for a minimum of six years.
