About the Winery

Domaine Wach is a family business established in 1976 in Andlau, an old viticultural village in Bas-Rhin, Alsace. Guy Wach inherited a lineage dating back to 1748, when his ancestors were coopers before becoming winemakers. He transmitted the 9-hectare family domaine to his son Pierre in 2017. The domaine includes parcels in all three Grand Crus of Andlau - Kastelberg, Moenchberg, and Wiebelsberg - which are particularly favorable for Riesling. The latest generation has created new cuvées and engaged in organic conversion, achieving certification in 2022. The domaine produces dry wines with a crystalline character, made for gastronomy. They maintain excellent trade relations with Japan, Poland, and Canada.

A family domaine in Andlau since 1976, now in its 7th generation with Pierre Wach, cultivating 9 hectares across three Grand Crus, certified organic since 2022.
