About the Winery
Laurent Delaunay comes from an old Burgundian family. Founder of the négociant house Badet Clément & Cie, he bought in 2005 the house Abbotts, created in 1996 in Marseillette, near Carcassonne, by a young Australian oenologist, Nerida Abbott. The estate specializes in Languedoc wines, producing a refined range from the region's most important appellations. Laurent Delaunay brings his expertise to create wines characterized by balance, freshness, and elegance from the diverse terroirs of Languedoc.
