About the Winery
This domaine, property of a wealthy Nantes merchant in the 17th century, has been in the Paquereau family for four generations. Today, brothers Sylvain and Cyrille, installed in 2000 and 2006, manage a 43-hectare vineyard on which they cultivate no less than fourteen grape varieties. The estate is certified organic and produces Muscadet, Gros Plant, Chardonnay, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and other Loire Valley wines. The brothers also produce exceptional Clisson wines from old vine Melon de Bourgogne on micaschist soils.
“A historic Clisson estate in the Paquereau family for four generations, with 43 organic hectares cultivating fourteen grape varieties under brothers Sylvain and Cyrille.”
