Champagne Lamiable
8, rue de Condé, 51150 Tours-sur-Marne, France
About the Winery
Established in Tours-sur-Marne since the 18th century, the family planted vines in the 1950s, while the Lamiable brothers dug the cellars with a pickaxe for more than twenty winters. Jean-Pierre Lamiable, installed in 1972, developed sales and took on the status of négociant. In 2006, he handed over the reins of the house to Ophélie Lapie-Lamiable, one of his daughters. The property is certified organic for the Grand Cru vineyard (2024) and holds High Environmental Value certification. The estate produces Champagne from 6 hectares of Grand Cru vines.
