About the Winery

In Napoleon's time, Guillaume Vigouroux was the only one of four brothers to return from the battlefields. David, his descendant (fifth generation), took over the family estate in 1995, married an Englishwoman (Claire) who contributes to the reputation of Négrette across the Channel. They are now accompanied by their daughter Lucie, an agricultural engineer and oenologist. The vineyard, created in 1882, now extends over 75 hectares, complemented in 2009 by the 20 hectares of Domaine Callory. The estate is HVE certified since 2017 and produces Fronton AOC wines.

A historic Fronton estate created in 1882, now with 75 HVE-certified hectares under David Vigouroux and daughter Lucie, championing the Négrette grape.
