About the Winery
Dominique Belluard has ceaselessly converted the family orchards into vines until obtaining a 10-hectare domaine, of which 8.5 hectares are managed biodynamically. He took the Gringet grape as his emblem. This grape has long had the reputation of being a cousin of Savagnin, probably due to its floral jasmine aromas. The estate produces wines from the Seyssel and Vin de Savoie appellations, with Gringet as the signature grape variety. The biodynamic approach brings out the unique expression of this rare alpine grape.
“A 10-hectare biodynamic estate in Ayse, Savoie, championing the rare Gringet grape and producing wines of unique floral character.”
