About the Winery
Founded in 1954 in the heart of the Wine Route, the Hunawihr cave brings together mainly winegrowers from this village. The cooperative vinifies the fruit of 200 hectares and offers a wide range of wines (including five grands crus), under its name and under several brands such as Calixte, L'Unabelle Peter Weber, Armand Schreyer, and Kuhlmann-Platz (ancient négociant house acquired in 1985). With 110 members cultivating 200 hectares, the cooperative produces Alsace AOC, Grand Cru, Crémant d'Alsace, and late harvest wines.
“A cooperative founded in 1954 on the Alsace Wine Route, uniting 110 members across 200 hectares including five Grand Crus.”
