About the Winery

Seven generations have succeeded each other (since 2019, Laurence Heitzmann) on this estate whose headquarters is near the famous Tour des Fripons in Ammerschwihr. Managed organically since 2006 and biodynamically since 2008, the vineyard covers 17 hectares spread over five communes, with parcels in the grands crus Kaefferkopf and Schlossberg. In 2017, the family took over the operation of the vines of Domaine Clément Klur in Katzenthal. The estate produces Alsace AOC, Grand Cru, and Crémant d'Alsace wines.
