About the Winery
Cooperative founded in 1937 and strengthened by the 330 hectares of its members, the caves de l'Estabel are renowned for their Roses that have made Cabrières famous, and also present a range of reds worthy of keen interest. They also produce Clairette-du-Languedoc appellation wine, on about twenty hectares of schist, and since 2018, sulfur-free wines. The landscape dominated by the Pic de Vissou, the geological richness, and the archaeological sites make it an essential stop.
