G. Zeyssolff is a historic family wine estate in Gertwiller, Alsace, on the Alsace Wine Route. The estate has been converted to organic farming and renovated its cellars in 2020. The property is particularly known for its unique immersive wine tourism experience, featuring a 180-degree video projection onto century-old oak barrels, telling the rich family history and winemaking philosophy. The estate produces wines from all traditional Alsace grape varieties, including the rare Klevener de Heiligenstein, as well as Grand Cru wines from the Zotzenberg. The Zeyssolff family offers tastings paired with kougelhopf, the traditional Alsatian cake, and has also developed wine tourism accommodations with several cottages on the property.
