About the Winery

Château Saint-Sauveur is a historic estate in Aubignan, in the southern Rhône Valley, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. The property includes a 12th-century chapel built by the Templars, which serves as the estate's tasting room. The estate has been owned by the Rey family since 1936, and today Florence, Guylaine, and Franck Rey manage the domaine. The property spans 64 hectares, all farmed organically since 2015. The vineyard produces wines under five appellations: AOC Côtes du Rhône, AOC Ventoux, AOC Beaumes-de-Venise, AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise. The estate produces both red and white wines, with the reds dominated by Grenache and the whites featuring the Muscat grape for their sweet fortified wine. The diversity of terroirs (clay, limestone, sand, and safre) allows the estate to produce wines of great complexity.
