About the Winery

Champagne Salon is one of the most prestigious and exclusive champagne houses in the world. Founded in 1911 by Eugène-Aimé Salon, the house produces only one cuvée: Salon Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. The champagne is produced only in exceptional vintages, with an average of only four vintages per decade. The wines are aged for a minimum of 10 years in the house's deep chalk cellars before release. Salon is part of the Laurent-Perrier group and is considered one of the greatest expressions of Blanc de Blancs champagne, known for its extraordinary aging potential, mineral complexity, and refined elegance.
