Domaine Firmin Dezat is a historic family estate in Sancerre, in the Loire Valley. The Dezat family has been making wine in Sancerre for generations, with the estate now managed by brothers Francis and Christophe Dezat. The domaine cultivates approximately 22 hectares of vineyards, primarily planted with Sauvignon Blanc for white Sancerre and Pinot Noir for red and Rose Sancerre. The estate's vineyards are situated on the famous Kimmeridgian marl and flint soils that give Sancerre wines their distinctive mineral character. The wines are known for their purity, elegance, and authentic expression of the Sancerre terroir.
