About the Winery
Established in the Bar-sur-Seine region (Aube) in 1973, Jacques Robin began making Champagne in 1985. Today, the 9.34-hectare estate is managed by the second generation—Sébastien, Aude, and Séverine—who continue their father's legacy. The family farms 18 small parcels over 47 km with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Certified HVE, the estate practices sustainable viticulture with no insecticides since 2003 and mechanical weeding on 80% of plots.
