About the Winery

Established in 1980 on the family estate between Barr and Sélestat, Jean-Marie Straub cultivates 7 hectares of vines around Blienschwiller. The estate includes several parcels in the local Grand Cru Winzenberg and features a magnificent vaulted cellar dating from 1714 with traditional wooden foudres. Certified HVE with organic conversion underway, the estate produces classic Alsace wines and Crémant d'Alsace.
