About the Winery

Raymond Boulard founded a well-known Champagne house before passing in 1993. In 2009, his son Francis created his own structure with his wife Jeanne and daughter Delphine. They farm 3 hectares organically in the Marne Valley. The estate focuses on natural, terroir-driven Champagnes with minimal intervention, reflecting the family's deep commitment to organic viticulture and artisanal winemaking methods.
