About the Winery

Bruno Duffau, a hydraulic engineer, traveled through Africa and Brazil for 20 years with his family before settling in Gaillac. In 2007, he purchased this 15-hectare organic vineyard and signed his first vintages in 2009. The estate produces wines from local grape varieties including Loin de l'Œil, Braucol, and Mauzac, with a focus on organic farming and minimal sulfites. The estate also produces sparkling wines from Mauzac Blanc.
