About the Winery
Founded in 1965, this 20-hectare estate is located at the edge of the Libournais region. Henri-Paul Guillot took over in 1986 and converted the vineyard to biodynamics. In the cellar, he prefers concrete tanks to oak barrels to highlight the fruit character of the wines. The estate produces red wines from the Bergerac and Monbazillac appellations, showcasing the potential of biodynamic farming in Southwest France.
“A 20-hectare estate converted to biodynamics in 1986, producing wines using concrete tanks to preserve fruit purity.”
