About the Winery

Château Soutard is one of the oldest properties in Saint-Émilion, mentioned since the 16th century. The estate was the meeting place of the Jurats of the city in the 16th century. Since 2006, it belongs to AG2R La Mondiale group, which also owns Château Larmande. Véronique Corporandy has been the technical director since 2006, overseeing 20 hectares on clay-limestone and ancient sand soils. The estate has undergone extensive renovation and produces wines classified as Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé.
