About the Winery
Domaine des Enchanteurs is a 3-hectare pocket estate created in 2009 by Catherine Desbois-Mouchel and Bertrand Seube, an oenologist. Nestled between the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, the estate is certified organic since 2014. The vineyard produces Ventoux AOP wines, Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, and IGP wines from distinctive grape varieties including Syrah, Grenache, Viognier, and Muscat. The estate's restored farmhouse offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
