Domaine Colbois
69, Grande-Rue, 89530 Chitry, France
About the Winery
Established in 1970 in Chitry-le-Fort, Michel Colbois was joined by his son Benjamin in 2009. The 20-hectare estate is particularly recognized for its white wines, whether from Chardonnay or Aligoté, often featured prominently in the Guide Hachette. The estate benefits from the unique soils of the Chitry region, producing consistent, quality-driven wines that reflect the character of this lesser-known Burgundy appellation.
“A father-son estate since 1970 with 20 hectares, renowned for quality white wines from Chitry.”
