About the Winery
The village of Maimbray is surrounded by steep hillsides with Kimmeridgian marl soils. After Nicolas Reverdy's accidental death in 2007, his wife Sophie took over the 17.8-hectare estate with her brother-in-law Pascal. In 2019, Victorien (Pascal's son) joined, followed in 2022 by Benjamin (the younger son). The estate produces Sancerre wines from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, benefiting from the unique terroir of the Sury-en-Vaux hillsides.
